    Payments and payment processors

    Payment information is processed by third-party processors such as Paystack. We do not store full payment card data on our servers unless explicitly authorised and documented. Processors handle card data in a PCI-compliant manner. We retain transaction and billing records as required.

    Data sharing and disclosures

    We may share information with service providers, subprocessors, professional advisors, auditors, law enforcement, regulators, and parties involved in a merger, sale, reorganisation, or acquisition. We do not sell personal information. If this changes, California residents will receive notice and an opt-out mechanism.

    Data retention

    We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, and agreements.

    EEA/UK residents may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing including direct marketing. California residents may request to know categories collected and disclosed, access specific information, and delete information subject to exceptions. Techifice does not sell personal information.

    Data security

    We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No transmission or storage is completely secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

    International transfers

    Techifice operates in the United States and Nigeria and serves clients elsewhere. Information may be processed in other countries. We use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, Data Processing Agreements, lawful transfer mechanisms, or consent where required.

    Children's privacy
